Manpower is seeking to recruit a dynamic, results-driven Performance & Digital Marketing Manager. You will be the go-to expert for driving and understanding marketing performance across online and offline communication channels. You'll be reporting to a senior manager, and you'll often be sharing your reports and insights with the CEO and CCO, so you'll need to be comfortable interacting with people at all levels. If you know digital marketing inside out, have a knack for data and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Brand and Communications team to drive media efficiency across all communication channels.
- Manage budget for digital marketing and market research to meet agreed objectives, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Set up and continuously optimise online campaigns, including SEM, for maximum efficiency and performance in Malta and international markets.
- Setting up SEO audits, and working closely with the website and content teams to build on SEO strategy.
- Commission and analyse market research necessary to understand offline channel performance and customer sentiment, aligning with marketing objectives.
- Analyse and report cross-channel performance data with actionable recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Extensive experience with social media platforms, PPC, SEM, and other digital campaigns.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop, analyse, and present data and insights effectively.
- Proficient in setting up and interpreting online and offline market research, with a talent for distilling actionable insights.
- Commitment to making data-driven recommendations with significant business impact.
- Skilled in using analytical, website tracking and visualisation tools.
